Access
Use the platform to consult published council information, activities, media and election reference records. Staff workspaces are restricted to authorised accounts and assignments. Do not share credentials, bypass controls or retrieve another person's private attachments.
Reports and uploads
Provide an honest account of what you observed and identify uncertainty. Upload only material you are entitled to submit. Do not submit malicious files, threats, unrelated personal information or material intended to expose people to harm. The incident form accepts supported images and videos. Election evidence uses its separate authorised workflow.
Review and corrections
The council may review, correct, decline or withdraw content. Submission does not guarantee publication. Operational corrections may become new revisions so the original and review history remain traceable. Internal verification is not an official electoral declaration.
Availability and external links
Information and service availability may change. Check the latest event announcement before travelling. Maps and external sources do not guarantee venue access, exact coordinates or endorsement. Public information and source context
Candidate profiles and party records preserve information from their stated sources. The source year, the date of a publication and the platform's working election cycle are not necessarily the same. An imported candidate record is not certification of a fresh nomination. Council appointments and public offices are also separate: neither a public profile nor a campaign title grants access to operational systems.
Your account and assigned responsibilities
Keep access credentials and recovery methods private. Use only the account issued to you and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Access may be restricted by role, election cycle, geography and assignment. A valid account does not authorise access to every report, and a downloaded private attachment remains subject to the same confidentiality expectations as the original record.
Content ownership and permitted use
Photographs, video, logos and written material may be subject to the rights of their respective owners. Public availability is not a blanket licence to reuse every item. Retain source context when referring to a record and do not imply endorsement, authorship or attendance that the material does not establish. Contact the team about permission for reuse where the relevant licence is not stated.
Responsible use and service integrity
Do not interfere with the service, submit automated spam, exploit a vulnerability or attempt to bypass publication and review controls. Report a suspected security problem privately without including another person's private records in a public message. The team may restrict access or remove material that compromises safety, privacy or service integrity, while retaining records required for investigation or audit.
Questions and changes
Raise a concern through the contact channel with the relevant page or reference number. Do not send passwords or one-time codes. These terms describe this platform's use and should be read together with its current privacy, reporting-methodology and publication notices. Published terms may be revised as the service changes; a change to website text does not retrospectively turn an unverified report into an official result.
